We’ll start with an obligation-free chat, either in person or over the phone. This is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to explain the process. I offer unlimited meetings and email support to ensure your ceremony is exactly how you want it.

We’ll complete the Notice of Intended Marriage form, which must be submitted at least one month (and up to 18 months) before your wedding. You’ll need to provide proof of identity, birth date, and the dissolution of any previous marriages (if applicable).

Together, we’ll craft a personalized ceremony that reflects your love story. We’ll work together to make sure it’s exactly what you envision. Unlimited email and phone support is available to perfect the details.

Before the wedding, you’ll sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, confirming that there are no legal reasons preventing your marriage. This can be done at any of our meetings before the wedding day but the closer to the wedding day the better (rehearsal is a great time)!

On your wedding day, I’ll solemnize your marriage. You, your partner, and your witnesses will sign three marriage certificates—one for you to keep, one for my records, and one for the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages.

After the ceremony, I’ll register your marriage with the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages, and request your official marriage certificate on your behalf.
